Fees: Payment is made at the time of service. I receive payment by either cash, check, or credit card. My fee for a 50-minute session is $150. Please note that our first session will be 80 minutes long and is $200.
Insurance: If you would like to use your insurance benefits, I encourage you to seek reimbursement directly from your plan provider. To determine what kind of reimbursement you might expect, please contact your insurance benefits administrator. (Their contact information is usually listed on the back of your insurance card). Be certain to inform them that I am an “out-of-network Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor”.
Health Savings Accounts: I am able to receive payment directly from your HSA card.
